We are an internet based company and we aim to answer all emails and enquiries within 24 hours. We can be contacted by telephone from 9am til 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
If for any reason we cannot take your call, please leave your name and a contact number on our answer phone and we will return your call as soon as possible.
At present, we do not have a showroom as we try to keep our overheads as low as possible so we can offer our beds at an affordable price.
Placing an Order
The easiest way you can order is:
· Telephone: You can telephone our office on 01244 332557 between 9am and 5pm. If for any reason we cannot take your call, please leave your name and a contact number on our answerphone and we will return your call as soon as possible.
We are an internet based company with an ever-growing range of products. For this reason, we do not produce a catalogue. We try to keep our overheads as low as possible so we can offer all of our products at affordable prices.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro/Switch , Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer or cash on delivery if our own van is delivering.
We require a 10% deposit or full payment before we can start to create your bed. If you would like to pay a deposit or pay in instalments, please contact us.
We require full payment before delivery or cash on delivery if our own van is delivering. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Our payment service provider, Sagepay, provides the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.
We never see your credit or debit card details, instead Sagepay process your payment and do their own security checks before telling us if your payment has been accepted.
All online purchases with Bedtime Bedz are handled using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Credit card information is securely encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We are always improving and updating our designs and we reserve the right to slightly modify and improve our designs. This may mean some dimensions can vary so please check before ordering. Some images on our website may be of older versions of our products.
We can usually create and deliver within 4-6 weeks of receipt of 10% deposit/full payment. All of our beds are made to order and sometimes during busy periods we may not be able to keep within the estimated turnaround time.
We offer free local delivery within a 5 mile radius of our workshop. Delivery will take place at the address specified on our invoice. Please ensure someone is at home to accept delivery. You will be advised of your delivery day by email.
If you would like delivery for a specific week i.e. birthday, moving house etc, this is not a problem. We can create your bed and hold it up to 3 months or until we are advised that you are ready to take delivery.
If goods are delivered by courier, any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours. If packaging is damaged in any way or you are unsure, please mark the courier’s paperwork as ‘damaged’.
Delivery costs will be calculated for you at checkout based on the weight of your order.
There is a remote area charge applied to postal code areas, TQ, TR, PL, EX, IV, PH, PA, KW, AB and DD.
In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details by our courier/driver. There may be additional costs for the return trip.
All of our furniture comes with step-by-step assembly instructions. Our furniture is tested and checked before it is despatched to ensure there are no problems when assembling. If we can deliver in our own van, we can offer an assembly service for a small charge depending on your location and bed type. If this is a requirement, please contact us before you place an order.
All of our beds and furniture incorporate the best quality fixings and are designed in such a way that they can be assembled and dismantled many times if necessary.
If the bed is moved after assembly, it should be carefully lifted by two people and not dragged
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or supply replacement parts. Any faulty/damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We would require photographic evidence of any damaged parts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or collection and refund of the goods. We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection.
All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition still in the original packaging. Please contact us to confirm your order is acceptable for a return. Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession. Where possible original wrappings must be retained and used for return.
Please note that we cannot accept a return of partly or fully assembled furniture if you simply change your mind. If you are in any doubt please don't start assembling before you speak to us.
You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after being placed. Orders for personalised items are non-refundable. All cancelled orders after 7 days will incur a cancellation admin charge of £50. Also any personalised items will be charged for.
