Mattresses
The mattress size options for all of our beds are stated on each product page. Our bed prices do not include mattresses however we can supply all types with the delivery of your order.
Mattress Support Slats
The mattress sits on solid wooden slats which are secured down with screws so they can not move. The slats are extra sturdy, 9cm (W) x 1.8cm (D), this means that they will not sag or twist. They are spaced to suit any type of mattress. The slats give the bed better support and mattress ventilation.
Our beds are strong enough for adults to sleep on. Our generic testing of bed bases and structures is performed to a domestic bed standard. In other words: even though our beds are designed especially for children they can be used by anyone.
Product Sizes
The dimensions for each bed can be found on the product tabs. We are always updating these so if any information is missing please let us know. The measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. If size is critical and you require the measurement to the millimetre, please contact us before ordering to check.
Paints and Finishes
All of our beds are professionally spray painted with a premium, non-toxic child friendly paint which is specially formulated for our products. We achieve a superb finish which is very tough and durable.
Whilst every effort has been made to display high quality images of our complete range of products, some colours seen on this web site may vary slightly from those used on the actual beds.
Materials Used
All of our products are made from a combination of solid wood and Class A composite material which is made from wood grown in sustainable forests. All the materials we use are of the highest quality available to us.

Bedtime Bedz manufacture all of their products at their purpose built workshops in Cheshire. We are very proud of all their designs and products. We have consciously chosen not to compete with the high volume online retailers who stock hundreds of lines of cheap imported furniture, but instead promote beautiful in house designed quality UK made products

All our furniture has been designed and made using a knowledge and blend of modern methods, traditional craftsmanship skills and finishing.
As we create all of our products ourselves, this means that we have the ability to paint them in any colour and we also have the ability to re-size furniture and beds to suit your specific requirements (there may be an additional charge)
Health & Safety
Our products have been tested extensively to ensure complete safety for your child. We believe all of our products are safe and strong enough for normal everyday use. We do however advise good parental supervision.
We recommend that all fixings are checked regularly.
We usually advise the minimum age for the top bunk is age 6. However, as all children develop at different rates, this is only a guideline and Bedtime Bedz cannot take any responsibility for any injury.
